Hr. Ghione has 25 years experience in international Industry, FDI set-up, Corporate divisions restructuring, Interim Management, footprint optimization and subvention systems in CEE and SEE, with a focus on Emerging Markets having spent the majority of his career 7 large German based Tier 1’s

 where he led various business areas.

In CEE/SEE he led the set-up, restructuring, and rapid launch of large industrial footprints extensions, for relevant name as Grammer AG, Magna AG, Leoni AG., with successful double-digit improvement of P&L, part of the team defining and maintaining subvention agreements,  for expansions of their operations and greenfield investments.

Further, with Interim Management competences, actively supported in a fast turnaround important projects for  IAC,Total  Hutschinson, and Novares Group.
