He began his career at one of the Big Four audit and financial consulting firms, where he discovered the field of restructuring. He then continued his career with a major construction company, transitioning from finance to operations by taking on the role of General Manager for a nationally subsidiary.

His first entrepreneurial venture saw him founding and developing a waste landfill center. He then undertook a restructuring mission, where he discovered interim management. Convinced of the value this approach brings to enhancing client performance, he decided to establish Akthéa in 2019.

Today, Akthéa is a Transformation Management Group, helping its clients achieve project excellence with tailor-made solutions.
