Bernard Etchenagucia has spent most of his career in the telecoms industry. He began at SAGEM, then moved on to the Lagardère and Nortel groups, where he held strategic, business and project related responsibilities.

In 2004, he took over as CEO of the French subsidiary of the Aastra Group, where he restructured and developed the company to consolidate its leading position in the unified communications market.

In 2014, he was appointed Southern European Sales Manager for the Mitel Group, then joined Alcatel Lucent Entreprise, before joining X-PM in September 2019 to build the company’s position in the Telco industry.

Bernard Etchenagucia graduated in engineering from Arts et Métiers and Télécom Paris and is a graduate of IAE Paris.
