Bohuslav leads companies and their managers through complex changes resulting from a crisis, post-merger integration, or profitable growth. His strength lies in developing a transformation strategy and leadership of multi-cultural teams.
He has been active in Executive Interim Management on an international level for more than 10 years and has extensive experience from numerous transformation projects. Before establishing the CE Interim Management Group, he acted as Managing Partner for EIM Executive Interim Management, where he was responsible for the Global Shared Service Center, CEE, Balkan, and Baltics regions. He also held the positions of CFO and CEO for several companies in Europe (Lafarge, MAN Truck & Bus, E.ON Energie). Currently, he is a member of the investment committee of Slovak Investment Holding, a Private Equity Fund overlooking more than 1bn Eur of investments.
He holds a degree from the Economic University in Bratislava, Slovakia; FCCA certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK, and a CMA certification from the Institute of Management Accountants USA. Bohuslav is fluent in English, German, Slovak, and Czech with a good understanding of Spanish, French, Polish, Russian, and Croatian.
