Gianpiero has developed skills in 5 business areas (Industrial Machinery Production, Machinery Import & Export, Logistics, Industrial Facility Management, and Fashion), touching almost every management area: from sales and distribution, through logistics and supply chain to general management. He has lived in 6 different countries (Venezuela, Italy, UK, Germany, Portugal and Spain), and fluently speaks 5 languages: Spanish, Italian, English, German and Portuguese.

He’s been working as an Interim Manager since 2009, specializing in turnaround and change management, helping small and medium organizations overcome the challenges they face, as well as professionalizing them to improve their partnership with international corporations.
He’s been actively participating in AIME since 2018, assuming management roles, first at regional level, and then as Secretary General.
